She looked down on her hand, and became frightened as she saw the two dark spots on her palm. It seemed livid, with a soft gleam of blood red. Or was it just her imagination?

As the other base mutations, M1 awakens and evolve on crux-descendants when they absorb enough curalite through blood steam.

Effect

Visually M1 is one of the more appearing mutations, with two very visible marks, usually on human's right palm. Like any other mutations i depends on how the ancients engineered the specific species and general evolution. M1 allows descendants to circulate their curalight through an amount of oreynium - enabling wielders to empower handheld weapons . The two spots are connected though special M1-cells that can fire the curalite a distance into the oreynium and absorb it back thought it. The distance very depending on the crux's density, the purity of oreynium and the alloy type. Cetain other divine elements can affect this circulation and power of M1. One of the incredible side effects of the absorption, is the ability absorb opponent's curalite when the wielder's weapon pieces into the opponents bloodstream. The density of the wielder's crux impact the absorption rate as well.
